> Must have completed at least 1 high school swim season
> Accurately counts practice distances and set repetitions
> State Qualifier (5 events or more)
> Age 13 and up
Promotion Expectations: >Swim 10 x 100 @ 1:15 free
> Perform 10 x 100 @ 1:55 kick
> Swim 10 x 100 IM on 1:35
> Competed in all events available
> 1 Zones, Sectionals, YMCA National, Junior National or National cut time
> Ages 13 and up
Social Skills > Swimmer is not influenced by negative behavior or action of teammates
> Understands and takes responsibility for attendance habits in practice and how these relate to meet performance
> Good listening skills
> Respectful of other swimmers
> Meets swimmers from other teams
Character Development: > Respectful of swimmers, coaches and parents
> Respectful of pool and equipment
> Respectful of locker room
> Congratulates teammates
> Demonstrates proper meet behavior
Nutrition: > Brings a water bottle to practice every day
