> Swim 10 x 100 on 1:35 IM
> Competed in all events available
> Have achieved or is close to 1 Zones, Sectionals, YMCA National, Junior National or National cut time
> Ages 13 and up
Goals of The Group > Make Zones, Sectionals, YMCA National, Junior National or National cut time
> Get a college scholarship
> Maintain a 3.5 GPA
> Ambassador for the team
> All American Status
> Help coach the younger groups
> Commitment level
Character Development > Understands the importance of the TEAM
> Congratulates teammates regularly

Social Skills > Meet swimmers from other teams
> Be on time
Nutrition: > Brings a water bottle to practice every day
> Eats healthy snacks
> Parents are expected to give healthy food choices
> Has a healthy, balances diet
Time Management: > Practice 5 times per week
> Does additional workouts outside of the pool (dry land, weights, etc.)
> Prioritize school work, family, religion, social activities and swimming
Team Commitment: > Wears GATOR gear to school at least once a week
> Competes in home competition and away competition
> Leads team cheers
> Actions show dedication to the team and team values
> Attends highest level of competition the club attends
> Cost: Y- Member: $165, Non-Y Member: $180
